Yoga details

Yoga, it's just amazing. I try to practice yoga for a minimum of half an hour per day. I must admit, this past week I encountered some rough patches. I actually ended up doing more yoga than ever though, with ample opportunities to try out new spaces and connect with friends. This week I invited the positive mantras into my life and I feel as if this really helped me to press on despite external challenges. Yoga has immense power when it comes to helping you maintain focus, and it can help you to refocus to get back on track with your goals when necessary. I associate everything that I've accomplished with motivation and a drive for success but sometimes yoga is exactly what everyone needs to become more grounded.
